4. Payment Terms

  • For larger projects, payment milestones may be set, with work progression contingent upon receipt of milestone payments.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional late fees, as deemed appropriate by Onsite.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Onsite reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the successful execution of the project. Any delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may extend the timeline of the project.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any materials, content, or information provided to us does not violate intellectual property rights, data privacy laws, or any applicable legal standards.
  • You agree not to use our services to promote or engage in illegal, harmful, or objectionable activities, including but not limited to the dissemination of harmful software, offensive content, or fraudulent schemes.

7. Limitation of Liability

9. Termination

  • If the termination occurs mid-project, the client shall be liable for payment of any work completed up to the termination date.
  • Upon termination, all deliverables and intellectual property rights shall revert to Onsite until any outstanding payments are resolved.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor strikes, or technical failures.
